The Fine Print
A deposit equal to one day's rental fee is required at the time a reservation is made. The balance is due upon check-in. If cancellation occurs there will be a $10.00 service fee. A refund minus the $10.00 will occur if cancellation is made no later than 14 days prior to arrival. No refund will be issued within the 14 day period unless room can be rented for at least the amount of days of your stay. You are responsible for the total number of days of your reservation. If reservation is changed after arrival you will be expected to pay in full for the original reservation. A three night minimum is required on all national holiday weekends and the Columbus Day weekend. On all other weekends, a minimum of 2 nights is required. No pets please.
